1. DMCA Notice Requirements

To be valid, your DMCA notice must include the following:

1.6 Your Electronic Signature:

Sign the notice electronically, either with your physical or electronic signature.

2. Submitting the DMCA Notice

Send your DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent:

3. Counter Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter notification. The counter notification must include the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, the judicial district in which WP Pulse is located.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Send your counter notification to the same Copyright Agent listed above.

Filing a DMCA notice or counter notification may result in legal consequences. Be sure that you have carefully considered the information above and that you have a good faith belief that your use of the material is legally permissible.

By filing a DMCA notice or counter notification, you acknowledge and agree that your communication and any attachments may be forwarded to the person who provided the allegedly infringing content.
